A Little About Me

Hey there!

My name is Conrad, thanks for visiting my blog! A bit about me: I’m a UVic student, like all of you, and I am studying Recreation and Health Education. I’m in my final semester, and very much looking forward to graduating this summer! I started my journey at UVic studying Psychology, then decided to switch routes to my current Recreation and Health Education degree. Although I am very interested in Psychology, it didn’t quite feel like my passion. So, I decided to take a gap year to work and reconsider what I wanted to study and do with my future – this was the best decision. I feel truly passionate about fitness, leisure studies, and recreation as they have been key components of my life. Recreation and fitness connect me to my community and provide me with many benefits, ranging from physical to mental.

I chose to take this course as I needed one more course to finish my degree, and since I had previous taken (and loved) EDCI 338 – this seemed like a no-brainer. I hope to get to connect with all of you and learn a bit about you as well. Let’s make this semester a great one!

Oh yes, and those are my guinea pigs on my page! 😂

Thanks for taking the time to read this. Wishing you all a lovely semester!

Cheers!
